19 – 21 JUNE 2026 Final event of SHIFT Shaping Harmony Innovating Forms and Thought<\/strong>, a cooperation project, funded by the Creative Europe programma of the European Commission, between Cie Omar Rajeh & Maqamat (France), Albania Dance Meeting (Albania) and Fondazione Fabbrica Europa<\/p>\n Building on the artistic vision of Dance People<\/em>, the performance which premiered last August at the Edinburgh International Festival, Maqamat, SHIFT coordinator, expands the project into a wider, collective format: a three-day international festival in Lyon. As the closing event of the European project SHIFT<\/strong>, Dance People<\/strong> also becomes a laboratory for new ways of gathering: rethinking how festivals are hosted, how space is shared, and how dance can move beyond conventional stages.
