{"id":7282,"date":"2015-04-16T15:44:26","date_gmt":"2015-04-16T15:44:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fabbricaeuropa.net\/?p=7282"},"modified":"2015-04-21T08:56:50","modified_gmt":"2015-04-21T08:56:50","slug":"alessandro-certini-virgilio-sieniduetto-1989-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fabbricaeuropa.net\/en\/alessandro-certini-virgilio-sieniduetto-1989-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"Alessandro Certini \/ Virgilio Sieni<br>Duetto 1989 &#8211; 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>L\u2019importanza della trasmigrazione degli ultimi sciamani<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In conceiving the project RIC.CI Marinella Guatterini wanted to re-propose to the attention of audience and critics an important season of the Italian research choreography, that of the 80s and 90s.<br \/>\nAmong the works that mark this time full of creativity there is certainly <em>Duetto<\/em> by Alessandro Certini and Virgilio Sieni, a small dance masterpiece that has been hailed by critics as &#8220;a metaphor of a choreographic game, the pleasure of the cultured invention alongside funny symbolisms&#8221;.<br \/>\nRitualized and intense choreography, almost a danced struggle, <em>Duetto<\/em> refers to a strong evocative and concrete framework: a blue painted canoe, colored stones, a thunderbolt.<br \/>\nThe musical score (from <em>The Rite of Spring<\/em> to <em>The Firebird<\/em> and <em>Petrushka<\/em>) celebrates the story of two Indian warriors, two heroes who meet, challenge each other, move apart, all in the sign of a harmonious fusion between dance and pure storytelling.<br \/>\nWithin the Project RIC.CI &#8211; Reconstruction Italian Contemporary Choreography.
