The interest in choreographic research has entailed the construction of a dance structured in transversal lines and in a plurality of languages ?- modern, urban dance, contemporary – animating minimalist body shapes and dynamics, also stimulating the emotionality and the individual creativity in a not casual relation with the musical choices.
The choreography doesn’t set rigid sequences but stimulates the sensitivity of the performers, guiding actions and reactions with margins of freedom, almost improvisation, for the ensemble of the dancers, without neglecting details and nuances of a gesture that remains elegant.
The “masks” performed by young dancers in a modern key, are dreams of freedom, transgression of all the social rules imposed. They represent the need to play, the pleasure of the party, the illusion of wearing the shoes of someone else.
A disguise, a mask – symptom of crisis of identity and desire to not be recognized. Through a dynamic gesture and contemporary music which create a subtle play between appearance and reality.
