Meeting: New models of sustainability in the contemporary creation *
Starting from the experience of Focus on Art and Science in the performing arts, project supported by the Culture Programme of the European Union, a round table with artists and cultural operators will be organised as an occasion to share the experience of a European Call but also as a first step to set up a future shared planning. A group of Italian operators, assembled in C.Re.S.Co. (Coordinamento delle Realtà della Scena Contemporanea), is working since two years on the analysis of the financing system of some European countries in comparison with the Italian situation. From this analysis, still ongoing, and some proposals for a reform of the national system, some cultural operators will discuss possible models of communication, production, festivals and residences in relation to European planning and regional funding.

The workshop focusses on the work Gnosis, analysing the body as an instrument of knowledge, and in particular the relationship among movement, perception and emotional states, elements which are central in the choreographic research of Vincenzo Carta.

The workshop will have the form of a discussion among the participants to the work group “Cantiere Ockeghem” that is planning the new and surprising liturgy staged within the context of the Stazione Leopolda.

Workshop on theatre, sound and image, starting from the site specific work for the Alcatraz space, with the use of a wall that becomes images projection surface. A reflection on the condition of the contemporary man and his space.
