Room 00#1 is an archive of images, a journey of recollections through the real and the imagined.
A girl travels through a nocturnal landscape via stories, feelings and desires that oscillate between past and present, between reality and fantasy.
The body is shaped by the performer’s relationship with the objects, the space and the audience.
The choreography traces a physical path in an intimate, predefined space: it could be a room.

Danila Gambettola is an Italian performer, choreographer and designer. In the last two years she created her first research works about choreography and performance (Two Girls, But if our room is dark at night). She just finished a programme of creation in performing arts (PEPPC) at Forum Dança in Lisbon.

platform A35 develops in the new space of Fabbrica Europa, PARC ex Scuderie Granducali in Florence, an unconventional place.
The project is based on the idea of presenting young choreographers, Italian and not only, whose research shows new creative processes, but also the changing society that is necessarily reflected in them.
