Teatro Puccini di Firenze | IT

as part of BRIGHT-NIGHT European Night of Researchers

In an era marked by the challenges of human and animal migration, NOMADIC Canto per la Biodiversità [NOMADIC Song for Biodiversity] explores these topics with sensitivity and depth, prompting us to reflect on the common root that unites all the peoples of the world. It invites us to overcome the barriers, both mental and physical, that we have erected between us.

With the words narrated by Telmo Pievani and through musical pieces by artists such as C.S.I., Philip Glass, Litfiba, Claudio Rocchi, Marlene Kuntz, Gianni Maroccolo, PGR & Franco Battiato, the show offers an experience that invites reflection and discovery. It represents a bridge between art and science, demonstrating how these two disciplines can work together to communicate complex themes in an accessible and engaging way. Furthermore, it tells the transformative power of art in promoting awareness and change, prompting spectators to explore the profound meaning of migration and our connection with the natural world.
