Oltrepassare by AZIONIfuoriPOSTO is a walking performance that combines movement, sculpture and sound.

Two bodies in relation to each other dialogue with the landscape as they walk uphill, and the audience following them can explore a new perception of space, a different sonic and visual sensation of a familiar passing place.

The performers interact with each other and with the landscape through two portable sound sculptures which, connected to microphones placed in their shoes, amplify their movements and the varying texture of the ground/soil on which the bodies move.

AZIONIfuoriPOSTO was born in Trento (Italy) in 2019 from the collaboration between Silvia Dezulian and Filippo Porro. It is a company that operates in the field of dance and performance through projects able to relate to venues and the people who inhabit them, using the movement of the body as an instrument of sociality, encounter, and exchange of skills between dancers, citizens and territories. They propose different kinds of actions that generate interdisciplinary artistic processes, each time different, aimed at creating performances and shows in theatre or in unconventional spaces and contexts in urban areas and in nature, always maintaining for each project a focus on the relationship between bodies and landscapes.
