Because ordinary men are more extraordinary than extraordinary men

It is a critique of the importances and dependencies.
Being a man is to being a leader as the depths of the ocean are to its surface wavelets.
Democracy is: bow to the ocean.

Luigi Lombardi Vallauri taught Philosophy of Law at the University of Florence and the Catholic University of Milan, from which he was dismissed in 1998 for heterodoxy.
He was director of the Institute for Legal Documentation of the National Research Council and the President of the Italian Society of Legal Philosophy and Politics.
For Radio Rai Tre he held from 2004 to 2007 the transmissions cycles “Meditating in the West.”
His studies trace a route from specialist to general philosophical and from philosophy as a discursive thought to the theory and practice of the philosophical life.
