as part of the Fabbrica Europa 2026 festival

Please note that, due to unforeseen health issues, Alfio Antico’s concert will be replaced by a solo performance by Rachele Andrioli.

Singer, songwriter and percussionist from Salento in southern Italy, Rachele Andrioli is rooted in Latin traditions while exploring contemporary influences and opening up to the Mediterranean.

Performing on stage from a very young age, she has appeared at prestigious festivals, both as a solo artist and with various world music, jazz and classical ensembles, collaborating with international artists such as Arto Lindsay, Piers Faccini, Baba Sissoko and Roopa Mahadevan.
In 2022, she released her debut solo album, “Leuca”, which won the Premio Nazionale Città di Loano.

Through an innovative approach to vocal research, she draws on the stylistic forms of tradition, starting from the folk repertoire of Puglia and skilfully blending it with diverse musical languages.
Her original repertoire, a synthesis of tradition and innovation, takes audiences on an ancestral ritual rooted in a finibus terrae: Cape Leuca, a land of borders and a place of departure and return.

Rachele is the creator of “Coro a Coro”, a community-based choral project that currently brings together women of different ages and backgrounds in a social polyphonic workshop exploring the relationship between gender and multiculturalism.
