ANGELS’ ORDERS The Rilke Project

October 7, 2026 20:00

PARC Performing Arts Research Centre Firenze | IT

as part of the Fabbrica Europa 2026 festival

ANGELS’ ORDERS emerges from the encounter between a foundational poeticc text — Rilke’s First Elegy — and a living landscape shaped by wind, breath, and sound.

At its core lies the meeting point between poetry and electronic music. The elegy is neither illustrated nor narratively interpreted; instead, it becomes physical impulse, vibra on, and rhythm.

The physical language, rooted in IVONA’s research practice, operates through repetition, magnetism, and deep listening,
The BPM of the live DJ set, passing through the bodies, creates an unpredictable relationship in which mutual listening transforms the encounter into a living and spontaneous composition.

IVONA proposes a different way of approaching a literary work: not through reading, but through a shared sensory experience, offering immediate access to poetry and transforming the breath of the text into a physical, collective material. Moving between poetic memory and electronic culture, between artistic rigor and an openness to new spaces and audiences, ANGELS’ ORDERS expands access to dance and poetry, making them more permeable and deeply relevant to the present.
