Brigitte is an elderly lady who lives alone with her dog, Bruschetta. One day, opening an old dresser that had been closed for years, she finds inside some objects that accompanied his past, made up of loves, emotions and adventures around the world. Thus begins a journey back into the protagonist’s memories.
In a world that flows in an increasingly frenetic manner, Brigitte’s story stands out as a praise to slowness, an invitation to appreciate the little wonders of life.
This is one of the many small stories that often have anonymous and unaware characters as protagonists, stories that remain crammed in a drawer and are often forgotten.
But, if we could open these secret spaces that no one looks at anymore and we could give light to these fragments of life, what would happen?

Nadia Addis trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari (IT), at LIV Performing Arts Centre in Bologna, at the International School of theater and circus CAU in Spain and attended Animateria, a course for puppet theatre techniques in Piacenza. In 2021 she met the Circo Teatro Soluna, an historical company which has been touring for 30 years in Europe with ancient horse-drawn carriages: With them she lives and works as a tightrope walker and puppeteer.
Her artistic research investigates the poetic possibilities of circus and puppet theatre, thus combining manual and bodily skills, in an attempt to recreate a poetic and surreal scenario.
