ST()MA is the threshold, the interstice between what is inside and what is outside.
Place of transition.
Vegetable mouth, surgical practice.

ST()MA is the metaphor through which Cristiano Calcagnile looks to transformation as a vital and evolutionary necessity, through an artistic paraphrase that captures its most intimate and conflicting aspects and knows its fertile contradictions.
