From 16 to 21 July Fabbrica Europa, in collaboration with Florence Dance Festival, hosted at the PARC Performing Arts Research Centre one of the Summer Intensives of the New York Dance Project, an intensive training programme on classical and contemporary dance, scheduled in New York and Florence, which aims to bring the new generation of dancers to a full understanding of the complex world of dance.

Participants in Florence were 16 Italian and foreign young dancers aged between 12 and 25 who were previously selected by audition and offered a 360-degree educational opportunity, from ballet to modern and contemporary.

The New York Dance Project also performed at the Chiostro Grande of Santa Maria Novella in Florence, as part of the Florence Dance Festival, on July 21 in The New Generation of Dance, an evening dedicated to the new generations.
