E-INK

After Duetto by Alessandro Certini and Virgilio Sieni, Calore by Enzo Cosimi, La boule de neige dby Fabrizio Monteverde, Terramara by Michele Abbondanza and Antonella Bertoni and Pupilla by Valeria Magli, the project RIC.CI Reconstruction Italian Contemporary Choreography anni Ottanta-Novanta proposes the reconstruction of E-ink by MK, a 1999 choreography by Michele Di Stefano.
RIC.CI, conceived and directed by Marinella Guatterini, aims to emphasize and to (re)set in motion the memory of Italian contemporary dance since the early eighties until the beginning of the nineties, remembering a chapter of our artistic past almost forgotten, but full of a surprisingly original creativity, often hovering on the boundary between dance, theatre, visual arts, poetry and literature.

MK
E-INK

This work stems from curiosity about the modes of transmission of oracular and divination messages which, although being formally precise, are the product of a destabilization.
Exact and ambiguous at the same time, their communication is organized on the temporary domestication of that wants to be continually rewritten, reinvented. And misunderstood.
