The objective of this workshop, that is addressed to couples of citizens, whether related or not, friends or relatives, is a journey into physical contact with the other. Through breathing and perceptive listening techniques, both of our own body and the other’s body, we will highlight the warmth of the gesture that ties two intimate people.
The work is carried out through a guided improvisation process, based on simple daily movements, which will allow each couple to explore contact from a new perspective and each individual to discover tools for connection with themselves and with the other.

Margherita Landi, choreographer, dancer and anthropologist since 2014 has been researching the body and new technologies and how this relationship transforms some of the most common human rituals, over time she has explored Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Projection mapping. In the last two years she has focused on VR for the potential of embodiment that this technology offers, studying techniques of choreographic transmission through the VR visor. Her work aims at a reflection on the conscious use of technology as an experiential and creative tool.

Agnese Lanza, contemporary dancer, has worked between the UK, Europe and Japan with young companies, in different projects and with established choreographers such as Rosemary Lee, Tino Segal, Robert Clark, Anton Mirto, Maciej Kuzminsky, Sioned Huws. In Italy with Company Blu and Virgilio Sieni, with whom she collaborates as artistic assistant for projects dedicated to children and adults.
