ROCK ROSE WOW
Based on real stories that happened a long time ago in a period of innocence, when as children we were disposed to do anything for the sake of attracting attention, we have arrived in a present where everything we were allowed has lost its garb of innocence. Rock Rose investigates this territory in order to translate in the body and on stage the “everything I can”. Where the body duplicates, triplicates itself to narrate the fragile beauty and traces of a fallen innocence, hidden behind the need to be important, to be recognized here and now, to exist at least in the eyes of anyone looking on.

QUI, ORA
I have removed everything, put everything aside. I have not asked for support for creative, imaginative ideas or reality other than those existing. I have attempted to bring everything down to basics, to the minimum indispensably necessary to start out. I have found a body, my body, the instrument I possess, basically the most suitable one for this journey. I asked myself not to do but to react, to let things emerge, to inhibit any intentional action, thus finding myself throughout the piece thinking only of going ahead, as if along a pre-established track of which however only the apparent form is laid out, its shell, its own particular features.

FRAGILEFRANA (EXCERPTS)
Fragilefrana stages remnant tales of an unwritten novel. A visual narration takes place in a non-linear space-time where characters undergo a process of crumbling and upheaval. They appear, disappear, weave invisible relationships, leave trails, echo one another and outline a world holding on to the ground which probably only exists when we close our eyes.

ARIA DI VETRO
The performance is the first study in a multi-disciplinary project inspired by Ovid’s Metamorphoses. The text becomes the source through its expressive, symbolic force. The performers explore the possibility of a continuous change in dimension, modeling space and rapidly transforming material and meanings. Aria di Vetro offers an environment made of images, sounds and movements, and also of scents, colours and tastes in which all the elements mix together, alternating one with the other like reflections of light.

CANTANDO SULLE OSSA
What happens when the will abdicates and the body allows itself to be guided by movement itself?
When you abandon yourself to the pleasure of being lost in the vast emptiness of space?
You seek the right position for your body, for that body of which only the bones, tinkling like glass, remain.

CAP, PAS CAP…?
“Do you play, don’t you play…?”
A continuous instigation to take up the challenge, an interminable play among the parties… of looks, gestures, words and the magic of being able to play throughout life. The awareness and the desire to take risks and, together, to play it out forever.

ZONA INTERATTIVA #1
Zona interattiva #1 is a “site specific” performance based on an experimental research project carried forward by the CLAK group together with Versiliadanza, on the interaction among various different artistic languages: dance, music, videos, lights and new technologies.
Two bodies in movement in space, thanks to the use of particular controllers, generating music, images and colours.

BRAINSTORMING STUDIO N°2
In an undefined space-time two dancers travel in an unstable balance between luminosity and its contrary, movement and stillness, sound and silence, presence and absence. Two dancers in unison, not merely synchronous, but able to weave infinite variations on the same movement, to break and retrieve symmetries continuously, one appearing with his double, one losing himself in the other between competition and sensuality.

MULTI.IMPLICATIONS
Multi.implications is a multi-media study on identity, a preliminary investigation on our own image, an observation of ourselves from outside in a kaleidoscopic maze of mirrors suggesting who we are and who we should be or would like to be.
A crowded universe of identities identical to and different from themselves.
A journey setting out from an unsubstantiated certainty of the identity from which we find ourselves suspended, to which we cling.

RAKU
At each moment in the dance I perceive an exact place, a special spot from which to observe and listen to what is happening; the act of “receiving” is fundamental: providing space for change. In this work, my intention is to plumb reflection on space, the physical place that embraces the dance, and the space that moves the dance, as well as focusing attention on the sound dimension: each place is also a sound landscape within which the action unfolds and each gesture produces the sound that sustains it, audible or non-audible; it is present, the inner quality of substance. Every variable, object, light, sound becomes part of the dance, informing and re-forming. In the shift of relationships the perception and quality of the action changes.

MORE ON THE AVOIDANCE DANCE, IN 3 EPISODES
more on The Avoidance Dance, in 3 episodes is a new chapter of bowl to the cat to the fairytale (The Avoidance Dance), a project attempting to frame the action (and inaction) of waiting, putting off, hesitating, in the face of what should be our duty: expressing ourselves and communicating our ideas and opinions.
The performer’s action is exactly that: avoiding the space in which she should perform, and when she eventually comes on stage she never turns directly to the audience. She wonders what exactly she is trying to say, and asks the audience what they expect of her.

IN STUDIO
A first work-in-progress study revealing the show’s construction mechanisms, this project arises from the meeting between a number of dancers/choreographers from different backgrounds and young dancers.
It centres on the common intention to bring together the experiences of each, in order to live through an event contaminated by different energies, in a historical moment when union and exchange are experienced as necessity and privilege.
