(In)Generazione is a project organized by Fondazione Fabbrica Europa, which aims to promote new creations by young artists or groups under 35, resident or active in Tuscany, working with the languages of dance and the performing arts.

Through a call for proposals 7 projects have been selected and will be presented in short form (up to 20 minutes each) in two evenings, with two different programmes, at Teatro dei Leggieri in San Gimignano (Siena) on 28 and 29 January, 2017.

Among these 7 projects a commission of experts – made up Patrizia Coletta, Fondazione Toscana Spettacolo director; Gerarda Ventura, Anghiari Dance Hub artistic director; Ariella Vidach, AiEP artistic director; Alessandro Iachino, online magazine “Teatro e Critica” editorial staff – selected a winning creation. With the aim of representing also the new generations of audience, the commission has been supported by a group of students from high school Liceo Alessandro Volta in Colle Val d’Elsa chosen through a series of training sessions with artists and operators.
